Corona Virus Updates

Update 5/6/20: We are in the process of getting the building ready to resume services on May 17. We will have masks for those who don't have one and want one and we will have hand sanitizer as well. We ask that you not hug or shake hands. Please observe proper distance when choosing a place to sit. There will be no Sunday School for a few weeks, only a 10:30 Worship service each week. Wednesday service will resume soon but no date has been set.

Update 4/4/20: The District and General church encourage us to follow government health guidelines. Our governor wants us to remain closed throught April, so that is what we are doing. Hopefully, we can begin to get back to 'normal' in May. In the mean time, our schedule will remain the same with a video on Sunday morning at 11:15. Also, we are having Wednesday Bible Study at 6:30 via Zoom. I send out links on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. We had a good group this past Wednesday. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the perfecter and finisher of our faith!

Update 3/27/20: It looks like we will have to remain closed for a while longer, probably through April. I plan to have a video on YouTube Sunday morning at 11:15 like last week and have the building open from 10:00 to 11:00 for anyone to drop off tithes and offerings or to pray. I have also created a Zoom account that allows up to 100 people to meet online and will have a Wednesday meeting at 6:30 for those who would like to join. The meeting will last no more than 40 minutes. If you are interested in this please call me and I will work to get you set up on your computer, phone or tablet. This is video, so we can see each other as well as talk to each other. I hope this will be helpful in keeping us connected during this time.

Update 3/21/20: The message video will be available at 11:15 tomorrow morning. I will have the church open from 10:00 - 11:00 for anyone who wants to bring an offering or to pause for prayer.

Update 3/20/20: I have run into some technical issues that prevent a live stream on Sunday morning. I plan to record a prayer time and message on Saturday and have it ready on Sunday morning. I'm praying all stay well and keep trusting God. I encourage you, as always, to remain faithful with finances and thank you for what you have done! Matthew 28:20b "...And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

3/16/20: Due to the current situation, we have suspended all services and activities at least until the end of March. Come back for updates as we reevaluate our plans as circumstances change. I am currently working on a live stream on YouTube of prayer time and a message each week at 11:15.

If you have contributions and can mail them to the church address, we will see that they are processed and put in the bank. If you would rather  bring them to the church and drop them off, the church will be open from 10:00 to 11:00 on Sunday mornings. We can also arrange for someone to pick them up at your house if you prefer.
